We have been purchasing, renovating and selling real estate since 1997 and love what we do.  Jaime is a trained Real Estate Appraiser and holds an Architectural Technologist Degree from Holland College while David has his Business Degree from Dalhousie University, a former Realtor and Property Manager since 2010. We offer a solid background in properties and do our own renovations with certified tradies. 

What We Do

Jaime and David look for houses of all sizes in Truro, Bible Hill and Valley in need of repairs and updates, that are solidly built with a proper foundation. We offer CASH, no conditions, market value offers with quick closes. 

We (including our son Phoenix of course) thoroughly go through each house or rental property and typically take more than a full month to renovate before offering it for sale using our Lease-Buy (Rent-to-Own) Option or listing it with an agent.  Once ready, we list our homes on the lower side of market value so they typically move quick and our attention to detail truly shows in every project we do, making your new Lease-Buy home as good as it can be within your budget.
